Italian Cream Soda

A fizzing drink created with sparkling sparkling water, fruit crush, Torani Raspberry sweetening, and cream. Lidded with topping and contemporary fruit, this drink can quickly become a favorite.

Getting beside friends and hosting the primary summer party of the year are a few things I expect to celebrating all year. I cannot think about the rest I’d rather sip on than these home-baked Italian Cream Sodas.

Growing up, our family had a Sunday tradition to gnaw our favorite Italian eating place in urban center.  As a kid, I couldn’t wait to urge my hands on this drink.  I’d order one or 2 cream sodas and grasp that I used to be the luckiest child on earth. If you’ve ever tried to form them reception then you recognize that the formula solely works with seasoned syrups.

Italian Cream Soda


  • 6 cups club soda
  • 1 + 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 + 2/3 cup Torani Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Torani Peach Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Torani Caramel or Vanilla Syrup, optional
  • 12 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 large homemade whipped cream or store bought
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • pineapple, to garnish optional

  1. In a large pitcher, combine club soda and pineapple juice.  
  2. Stir in Torani Raspberry Syrup and Torani Peach Syrup.  
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and Torani Caramel or Vanilla flavored syrup.  
  4. Refrigerate pitcher for 1 hour.  
  5. Divide drink evenly between 6 cups filling it 3/5th to the top of the rim.  
  6. Stir 2 tablespoons of cream into each cup.  
  7. Top with whipped cream.  
  8. Garnish with fresh raspberries or sliced pineapple.  Serve chilled with straw.
