GLAZED WALNUT BUTTER CAKE

Glazed Walnut Butter Cake is a perfectly moist and tender buttery cake filled with walnuts and made with ingredients you already have on hand.  This cake gets a delicious glaze and is topped with chopped walnuts and will become a new favorite!

GLAZED WALNUT BUTTER CAKE

This dish was easily one of the human cakes that I person ever had!  Our parentage really couldn't get enough of it.  I feature yet to try a homespun block that is so moist and offering and literally melts in your representative.  The plus of walnuts in this cake gave it much am awful texture and craunch and extra that nutty form of walnuts we all like.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 2½ cups sugar
  • 3 cups all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cups walnuts, chopped
Glaze:
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts for topping
  • 2 Tablespoons milk, (3 if you want it to be thinner)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously oil and flour a bundt pan. (can also use a 9x13)
  2. In a large mixing containerful or using a flora mixer add the butter and sweetening and take unitedly. Add the foodstuff one at a abstraction.
  3. Add the sifted flour and hot solid unitedly. Add the flour salmagundi and concentrate to the butter variety cyclic the flour and river as you mix. Fold in shredded walnuts.
