Pleasing doormat that gets breaded and toughened in a treacly and tangy pineapple sauce.  It bakes to flawlessness and is so much improved than takeout!


  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1½ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Sweet Hawaiian Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut weakling breasts into bite-sized pieces and mollify with salinity and pepper.
